"DEVA LOKA" apparel collection by Yoshitaka Amano to be launched on FUTAROKU
Available for pre-order on FUTAROKU from 9:00 AM on August 21 (Sat).
Playbrain's online select store "FUTAROKU" will start pre-orders from August 21 at 9:00 a.m. for the first phase of "N2", a project launched by global e-sports apparel company "We Are Nations", in collaboration with Yoshitaka Amano, a world-famous Japanese artist.
"We Are Nations" is an esports and gaming apparel company based in Nashville (US) and Manchester (UK). The company is launching "N2" as a new project to showcase and sell apparel collections designed and produced in collaboration with the world's top designers, artists and creators.
In the first phase of this new project, Yoshitaka Amano, a master of fine art and character design for "Time Bokan" and "Final Fantasy," has been supported by enthusiastic fans around the world for his work in a wide range of genres. A total of 6 apparel items (long sleeve t-shirts, crew neck sweatshirts, hoodies, windbreakers, etc.) and a sketchbook featuring designs from Yoshitaka Amano’s “DEVA LOKA” collection will be available for purchase.
“DEVA LOKA" was created based on the concept of "a world that I (Mr. Amano) wanted to draw, a world that no one has ever seen before, a world that no one can imagine," and is known as a work filled with all of Mr. Amano's roots and worldview.
To commemorate the production of "N2 x Yoshitaka Amano", FUTAROKU has recorded a special interview with Yoshitaka Amano. About Yoshitaka Amano
Yoshitaka Amano joined the animation production company Tatsunoko Production (now Tatsunoko Productions) in 1967, and has been involved in character design for such anime titles as "Time Bokan.” After leaving Tatsunoko Production, he began working on a wide range of projects, including book design, and was in charge of character design, visual concept design, and image illustrations for the Final Fantasy game series. He has held many solo exhibitions in Japan and abroad.
