Account Manager

We are recruiting to expand operations and looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Sales & Planning team as an Account Manager to help our growth together.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become a person in charge of building and maintaining business relationships with partners (clients).

  • Identifying and building relationships with key influencers in our industry so that we can further penetrate our products and services to other businesses that we do not directly target.

  • Become a business partner for marketing solutions for partner companies

  • Budget formulation and implementation of sales and marketing plans

  • Creating estimates and issuing invoices after project completion

  • Sponsorship acquisition sales

  • Participate in regular client meetings to deepen relationships with clients

  • Performing and managing analysis to ensure ongoing partnership with clients after a project/campaign

Must have skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as an account manager in games, media, advertising agencies, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Must have sales experience and ability to build and maintain business and customer relationships in the market.

  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach, ability to multitask, and creative thinking in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • Those who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and teamwork

  • Fluent Japanese

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Good to have skills:

  • English skills / Able to communicate in English at the meeting with clients.

  • Passion for games

  • Experience working in an international environment
